When the stars align….stunning couple, gorgeous location and beautiful soft dusk light!
From their beautiful heartfelt ceremony officiated by the lovely Candice Bydder (Celebrations by Candice) at Matilda Bay Foreshore to their outstanding, ontrend bridal crew to hilarious reception speeches, Emily & Peter’s day was fabulous. But most of all the thing that shone was the deep love between Emily & Peter and their adorable baby Jake, so beautiful!

Their day started with getting ready photos in separate rooms of Fraser Suites in the city, alot of laughter with the lads and a lovely vibe and sense of anticipation with the gals. Hair and makeup was finishing as I arrived and as always the professional team at Truly Gorgeous Brides and Caladenia Beauty had done an exeptional job. I loved the rust tones of the bridesmaids which was complimented by the orange tones in the gorgeous florals by Beautiful Flowers by Stacey.

We then made our way to the ceremony which was on the banks of the Swan River at Matilda Bay, Perth… such a gorgeous backdrop for Emily & Peter to say ‘I do’. After coming back down the aisle and being swept up in hugs and congrats we then captured some family photos before popping some champagne and snapping some memories and moments with the bridal party….chasing the light across the road to a carpark at UWA (yes a carpark…given the right light, the right lenses and an amazing bridal crew, even a carpark can look amazing). We then meandered back to the river at dusk when the light & sky was oh so pretty to capture some more stunning portraits of the newlyweds.

Emily & Peter and their bridal party made a stellar entrance to their alfresco reception where they had their first dance as ‘Mr & Mrs’ under the stars….so romantic. Mel from Complete DJ made sure the dance floor was pumping and the celebrations and party vibe continued.
