BROOKLEIGH ESTATE WEDDING
What a sublime autumn day at Brookleigh Estate in Swan Valley for Fiona & Zac to celebrate their wedding with family & friends. The sun was shining and their was nothing but love in the air. It was the last wedding for the first half of 2022 for me and what a way to go out at a venue I love. The couple both got ready onsite at Brookleigh with Fiona & her gals and parents in the Lakeside Apartment and Zac and the lads at the Gatehouse Cottage. It is ideal having a venue where everything from ‘getting ready’, ceremony, photo locations for bridal party, reception and accommodation is all right there with no travel making it a far more relaxing experience.
Fiona & Zac chose the picturesque Lakeside Gazebo location for their vows, such a pretty spot to say ‘we do’ in front of celebrant ‘Married by Laura’ and their close family & friends. After coming back down the aisle to hugs and well wishes we captured some family snaps in front of the Chateau before making our way around the grounds to capture moments and memories starting with a stroll down the white fenced lane lined with tall gumtrees and super pretty light. Before making our way into their Marquee reception the bridal party finished off their photo session with a stellar champagne pop infront of the iconic barn doors.
The reception was beautiful styled by Xqisit Weddings & Events, the perfect setting to continue their celebrations which kicked off with their fabulous first dance.
Such a lovely bridal crew & families and a dream team of vendors. Stunning florals by Blooming Besties, amazing cake by Colourfully Baking and a cool vintage drinks van by Velvet Betty. I loved the whole vibe of the day and Fiona & Zac were the real deal...so genuine and totally smitten with each other.
