PERTH ZOO WEDDING
Cathy & Ben tied the knot on the first Saturday in December at the Perth Zoo in a truly beautiful ceremony, set amongst the lush greenery in the private Oak Lawn area, officiated by the lovely Dawn Nosworthy.
The day started with Cathy (who is a also a Perth photographer - 'Cathy B Photography') and her gorgeous bridesmaids, getting ready at The Quest in South Perth. These gals were so lovely and I love all the small details Cathy had selected, right down to the jungle vibe gift bags tying into the zoo theme. After getting into her stunning gown by @luvbridal and having some heartfelt moments with her dad seeing her in her dress, we set off to the Perth Zoo. Ben's nephew was the cutest, making his way down the aisle carrying a wooden sign that said 'Uncle Ben...she's on her way!', followed by the bridesmaids who wore a soft shade of pink with absolutely gorgeous bouquets by @beansandbunches which were a blend of tropical greenery, natives and florals. The moment Ben watched his stunning bride walk down the aisle on her dad’s arm was such a beautiful one!
After saying their vows and becoming husband & wife we made our way around the zoo popping champagne with their awesome bridal party and capturing wonderful moments & memories. Zoo staff Katrina & Tain were fantastic, driving us around on the zebra zoo carts to various locations, finishing with the iconic carousel. We then headed to the South Perth foreshore for some portraits before the very happy couple made their entrance to their reception at Rambla on Swan going straight into their first dance which was stellar!
